Serves about 4
5 medium russet potatoes, cut into 1/2inch thick sticks
2.5 tbsp olive oil
4 – 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
½ tsp garlic powder
Coarse sea salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Place potato sticks into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Toss well. Then transfer onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
