Recipe: Family Pork Chop Dinner Made Quick & Easy
4 pork chops
½ tsp paprika
3 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
4 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes with juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
In a small bowl, combine paprika, flour, salt and pepper. Place both sides of each pork chop into the mixture until well coated.
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and cook the chops on one side for about 5 minutes until browned. Add the mushrooms and stir. Turn the pork chops over to fry the other side of the chops for a further 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients (tomatoes and vinegar) and stir well. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.
Serve with rice and vegetables.
