Apple Pecan Stuffing
A wonderful side dish any time poultry main course meal.
1 package dry bread stuffing mix; 6 oz.
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
2 apples – peeled, cored and thinly sliced
Prepare stuffing with package directions and mix in apples and pecans. Stuff the poultry and cook; or bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 325 degrees, or until lightly browned.
