Fudge Recipe With Marshmallows
Most people like fudge of one kind or another. This fudge recipe is sweet, gooey, chocolatey, and scrumptious. It doesn’t take long to melt the chocolate and mix the ingredients. The waiting for the fudge to cool is what takes the longest, and might even be the hardest part of this whole fudge recipe!
Ingredients:
3 cups chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter/margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Line a 9″ square pan with wax paper.
Place chocolate chips and condensed milk into a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and heat carefully until the chocolate chips are melted. Remove from heat and stir in the butter/margarine, marshmallows and vanilla extract. Pour evenly into the square pan and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Once firm, transfer the fudge onto a cutting board, peel off the wax paper and cut into evenly sized squares.
